The Swine Flu

OK... let's talk swine flu!!! I don't know if I am taking it lightly but come on people!!! Working in an ER, I kind of get jaded. But SERIOUSLY... let me tell you how crazy people are around here. There was a lady who had a Hispanic law boy and when she was paying him, she "accidentally touched him". So... she immediately brings her whole family into the ER to be tested for the swine flu. When asked what symptoms they were having,  you know what she said...... NONE!!! REALLY lady, come on! Thankfully, at our hospital we have not had a confirmed case yet. We have tested I don't know how many people on a daily basis, hundreds it seems like. My advice to everyone, like always... WASH YOUR HANDS and don't eat your fingers. ;)
